Your session

How to prepare for a tantra massage, what to expect during the session and what happens afterwards.

Before the session

  • Choose one of my sessions consciously, as an experience you truly want to live. There are many other forms of healing, activation and complete realignment; perhaps you need something else.
  • Have a short introductory conversation and get answers to your questions in a 10 to 15 minute video call on WhatsApp.
  • Confirm the date and time of your session.
  • Avoid coffee and alcohol for at least 48 hours before the session.
  • Avoid drugs and other toxic substances for at least 7 days before the session.
  • Eat lightly on the day of the session. Ideally, arrive with an empty stomach.
  • Make sure your body is clean.
  • Before you lie down, we have a 10 to 15 minute conversation in which I give you the instructions for the session.
  • You pay in cash, on site and before the session.

During the session

Awareness

Try to stay aware during the session. It is like a journey, a journey through the territory of your subconscious. That is why I do not use music during a massage: music easily carries you off into its own story, while it is important that you stay in yours. If you want to get not only the most pleasure but also the most benefit from this journey, travel as consciously as possible and focus your attention on the physical sensations and emotions that arise.

Focus your attention on what your body feels. There are so many sensations and they are always different, what a fascinating journey, some more intense than others: tingling, vibration, pressure, goosebumps, twitching, arousal, shivers or warmth, relaxation, throbbing, more saliva or, on the contrary, a dry mouth, my hands on your body, your body on the massage table, the air flowing through your nostrils as you breathe in. Breathe.

Breath

Breathe in such a way that you can hear your breath. Remember that the breath regulates your state. If you breathe more intensely, you dive into a more intense exploration; if you breathe more gently, the exploration becomes lighter. If memories, emotions or sensations arise during the massage that need healing, harmonisation or activation, use your breath as a tool to guide the process. Breathe in and out evenly and bring acceptance to wherever your attention goes. Breathe out with sound.

Sound

Use your voice to bring your inner state outwards. A massage also serves to release emotional blockages. Make sound, let your body make the sounds it wants to make. Sound and voice carry our inner state outwards, just as tears and sweat do. Unblocking means letting whatever is stuck leave the body.

Feelings and emotions

By consciously following your physical sensations, your breath and your sounds, you will soon notice that your emotional state changes too. You could also call a tantra massage an emotional journey: joy, tenderness, sadness, loneliness, love, pleasure, anger. All sorts of feelings may arise, sometimes inexplicable and even contradictory. For example, I press firmly on your muscles and you feel joy, or I touch you very gently and for some reason you become angry. Do not look for the reason. Your task is to live the emotion consciously, without toning it down or replacing it with another. Do not only feel your emotions, express them too. This is how you bring the energy of your inner space outwards.

Emotions, together with physical sensations, evoke images and memories. Perhaps you suddenly think of a place, a person or a situation. Let these images arise one by one without judging or analysing them. This is the flow of energy moving through your energetic and informational archives, showing you information that matters for your harmonisation.

Encountering trauma

If difficult memories, emotions or painful physical sensations come up, you have probably encountered an informational and energetic blockage in your system. Breathe and make sound as described above. Focus on the area of your heart and thank your body for helping you untangle the knots and blockages.

Observe everything: the lighter and more intense sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, images, desires, wounds. Through all of this your body, your universal avatar, speaks to you during the session. It passes on its knowledge to you directly, in its own language. This is your appointment, do not miss it, do not drift away, stay in your body and in your awareness throughout the whole session. If your mind wanders, return to your physical sensations or to the emotions and feelings you are experiencing, and stay aware for as long as possible.

Sexual energy

However strange it may sound: all of this work, which is not sexual in nature, is carried by your sexual energy. Awakening sexual energy does not mean awakening sexual arousal, though it does not rule it out either. Ejaculation in men and clitoral orgasm in women are not part of a tantra massage.

After the session

Take your time to open your eyes and return to reality. Give yourself time to let this special experience settle. You may even take a short nap; don’t worry, I will wake you after five minutes.

Share your sensations, your feelings, your insights and how you feel in general. It is important to briefly sum up the session together, because insights can fade quickly, like a dream. Ask your questions if you have any.

Remember that a tantra massage is only a gateway to a new state. The massage is over, but the energy keeps working for at least another week. You may find yourself in unstable states; if so, avoid making major decisions and give yourself time to settle again on every level, including the most subtle ones.

In the five days after the session you can reach me directly on WhatsApp (send a message if you want to share something, ask questions or need support). This is free of charge.

Shall we meet?

Before you book a session, we talk for 10 to 15 minutes on a WhatsApp video call. Send me a message and we will pick a time together.
